Today, we released the next version of the TILLING wheat database with 1215 samples available to be searched through the online tool.
As always, please feel free to email with any problems or comments. Especially if you find contigs where you know the annotation, but there is no annotation or mis-annotation!

Known issue: If you are seeing mutations in the BLAST results but when you click on the visualization mutations do not appear, you have to clear your internet browser cache.
