Today, we released the next version of the TILLING database with 1505 samples available to be searched through the online tool.  Along with this release, I have updated the documentation, including information on how to export SNP data.  The documentation can be downloaded here: http://dubcovskylab.ucdavis.edu/sites/default/files/upload_files/Tutoria...

As always, please feel free to email with any problems or comments. Especially if you find contigs where you know the annotation, but there is no annotation or mis-annotation!

Known issue:  If you are seeing mutations in the BLAST results but when you click on the visualization mutations do not appear, you have to clear your internet browser cache.
