Today, we released the next version of the TILLING database with 1505 samples available to be searched through the online tool. This will be the last major release for a few months. As always, please feel free to email with any problems or comments. Especially if you find contigs where you know the annotation, but there is no annotation or mis-annotation!

Known issue:  If you are seeing mutations in the BLAST results but when you click on the visualization mutations do not appear, you have to clear your internet browser cache.
