Hello,

Last night, we released the next version of the TILLING wheat database with 149 new samples.  This release has 1105 samples available to be searched through the online tool.  We have also included a new feature in this release.  Now, when you click on a SNP in the visualization window, you will see a new 'hethom' field in the popup info box.  This indicates whether the SNP was called as homozygous or heterozygous.

As always, please feel free to email with any problems or comments. Especially if you find contigs where you know the annotation, but there is no annotation or mis-annotation!

Cheers,
-Hans

Known issue:  If you are seeing mutations in the BLAST results but when you click on the visualization mutations do not appear, you have to clear your internet browser cache.
