The exon-capture sequencing of the tetraploid TILLING population was funded mainly by the Howard Hughes Medical Institute, the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation grant 3031, the National Research Initiative Competitive Grant 2011-68002-30029 (Triticeae-CAP) and postdoctoral fellowship to Ksenia Krasileva from the USDA National Institute of Food and Agriculture.
